Returns and Refunds

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days* from the date you received the order to return the products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • An explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw should be sent to Triboo Digitale, to the e-mail address eshop@maccapani.store, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation e-mail to complete the procedure.
  • At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be included in the box and the instructions for returning the product.
  • Insert the completed return form in the box along with the product (s) to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with the original packaging and any included manuals, and labels and tags still attached to the products.
  • Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside. The destination is:

The return of the items to Triboo Digitale S.r.L. must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is met if the goods have been shipped before the expiry of the 14 day period.

 

RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of Return for Withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. The return will be the responsibility of the customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for in article 59 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and, in particular, in the case of supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health-related reasons and have been opened after delivery. The return for withdrawal of products that meet these requirements, with particular reference to cosmetics products, is authorized as long as the products are returned perfectly intact, i.e. unused and not unopened.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
In the case of Returns due to incorrect, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order will also be reimbursed, in the event that the returned product is the only one present in the order. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.

 

REFUND

The return will be managed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timing may vary due to transport delays in the case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We will proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product had been returned for defects, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made for the returned items will be refunded, inclusive of delivery costs only if the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, but you will be charged for any loss of value of the product, and receive a refund for the residual amount. The refund takes about 14 days from the verification of the item made. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card  or Paypal Express or Apple pay)

 

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE - RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the event of defects or non-conformities, you will be entitled to have the Product restored to conformity, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you can request the repair, replacement or refund of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive  771/2019 / EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery , it being understood that your action to assert the aforementioned lack of conformity will expiry in any case within the term of twenty-six months from delivery.

To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as the specific reason "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.

Once the procedure has been completed,  you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions to proceed with the shipment.

The authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.

We reserve the right to reimburse the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund you by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
