What is the Return Policy?

Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return and fourteen (14) days to ship the unwanted item(s).

 

Are returns free?

Yes, we offer free returns for all orders.

 

Can I exchange an item instead of a return?

If you are interested in a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

 

How can I return an item?

Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those requested after 14 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us at eshop@maccapani.store mentioning your Order Number. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.

We will arrange a pick up from your address on a day of your preference and share a return label with you, which should be printed* and attached to the package.

*Returns within Italy: you do not need to print a label, the courier will have it with them.

 

When I will be reimbursed?

Returns are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days of receipt, up to 72 business hours in specific cases. 

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed on the same business day, though the exact timing may depend on your bank. Depending on your payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 30 days from the date of the refund.

Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or modification. Please reach out to customer service at eshop@maccapani.store as soon as possible - we'll do our best to assist. You can always return your order once it arrives to you.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at eshop@maccapani.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
