What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Klarna (Pay in 3 instalments), Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. You can select the payment method you prefer at the end of the purchase process.
Payments are made directly on a secure server, with SSL encryption to ensure the absolute security of transactions.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
What are the Shipping Costs?
We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders, regardless of the destination.
Shipping costs are free for limited time periods that are always communicated on the website. Duties and taxes are included only for the following countries: Canada, EU, Japan, Hong Kong, Norway, UK, USA, South Korea, Switzerland.
Express shipping may be offered for a limited time, the price of the express shipping will be indicated at the checkout, based on the country of destination.
Are duties and taxes included?
Maccapani covers all duties and taxes, the price paid at the checkout is the final one.
What are the Shipping Times?
Shipping time:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times from the moment of shipment:

Italy (excluding remote areas): 24–48 business hours

Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia and remote locations: 48–72 business hours

Europe: 48–72 business hours

International: 48–72 business hours, up to 4 business days.
We ship with trusted partners including GLS, DHL, Fedex and BRT. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note that delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, but we remain available to assist you at any time.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND
What is the Return Policy?
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return and fourteen (14) days to ship the unwanted item(s).
Are returns free?
A flat Returns Handling Contribution of €10 will be deducted from your refund. This covers part of the processing costs involved in handling returns.
Can I exchange an item instead of a return?
If you are interested in a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.
How can I return an item?
Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition. Note that returns without intact tags or those requested after 14 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.

How to return an item:

Once submitted, you will receive an email with return instructions and the return label.

Pack the item and hand it over to the indicated courier.

When I will be reimbursed?
Returns are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days of receipt, up to 72 business hours in specific cases.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed on the same business day, though the exact timing may depend on your bank. Depending on your payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 30 days from the date of the refund.

Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or modification. Please reach out to customer service at eshop@maccapani.store as soon as possible - we'll do our best to assist. You can always return your order once it arrives to you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at eshop@maccapani.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
